2017 Self-Care Retreat

Now in its third year, the national self-care retreat is back and better than ever!
We’ve listened to our attendee’s feedback and for the first time, we have an extended schedule, adding nearly a full day to the retreat, giving you more bang for your buck and more time to yourself. We’ll also be in the heart of New Orleans (right in the French Quarter!) which means the best of the Big Easy is just footsteps away.
This year we will have 45 attendees at our signature event, all of whom are ready for an opportunity to dive deeper into mental health, stress-relief, and emotional wellness. Attendees will have the opportunity to spend time discovering their deeper needs, developing communication strategies to work with others to get them met, and drawing boundaries to protect those needs.

Our weekend kicks off with a fun, get-to-know-you reception, where you meet the other attendees and pick up your swag bag. Grab a quick bite to eat and then the evening is yours. Head to Bourbon Street for a drink or walk the riverfront for a view of the Mississippi.
Hear from engaging speakers in hands-on workshops for the first part of Friday morning/early afternoon, and have your evening free to explore the city. Get dinner at one of the great restaurants in the French Quarter or venture out a little further for dinner off the beaten path.
Yoga, massages, aromatherapy? Take your pick during our Spa Day. Unwind and let our talented massage therapists work out the kinks. Later that evening, join us for our #SeatAtTheTable dinner, featuring music and some of the best seafood NOLA has to offer.
We’re wrapping up with our closing ceremony and sending you back to your regularly scheduled lives with less stress and more joy.
